Dit is er eentje in de jdbmgr.exe categorie. Het genoemde bestand sulfnbk.exe bestaat echt, en is door een bestaand virus ook wel gebruikt, maar is geen virus op zichzelf. Symantec heeft er ook een artikeltje over geschreven, hier.

Sent: Wednesday, January 09, 2002 6:41 PM Subject: Virus Alert Hi Everybody, I found the virus mentioned below on my system. Runningthrough the simple procedure detailed below got rid of it. I'd advise you to do the same as you are on my mailing list. The following is the advice we were sent in order to delete the virus. 1. Go to "Start" and then to "Find" or "Search" 2. In "Search for file or folders type sulfnbk.exe (the name of the virus) 3. In the "Look in " section, make sure you are searching the C drive 4. Hit "Search" or "Find" 5. If your search finds the file, it will have an ugly black icon with the name sulfnbk.exe DO NOT OPEN IT 6. RIGHT click on the file and go to "Delete" and click. Complete the delete procedure 7. You will be asked if you want to send the file to the Recycle Bin, answer YES 8. Go to ;your desktop and click the Recycle Bin and delete the file in the same manner as above 9.
