I know that you must have received the first letter I sent to you by post,if you have not receive my posted letter,here comes a follow-up of the same letter.

I am Dr.Robert Jones,I am a director of the Relief West Africa Agency (RWAA).This Agency is saddled with the responsibility of catering for refugees of War/Environmentally disturbed Countries in the West African region.The Agency is involved in the building of refugee camps,welfare centers,woman development centers and skill acquisition centers in different areas of the West African sub region.The Agency is also invoveled in the procurement of relief materials such as food,disposable medical products,drugs,items of clothing,bedding e.t.c.

Our funding comes mainly from the financial contributions of the member countries of The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) in the form of grants and world bank allocation managed by a Board of Directors,with Liaison Offices in four countries (Togo,Senegal,Sierra-Leone and Liberia) in the region.The Headquarters is in GHANA.

I have a transaction,which I think,will be of mutual benefit to Both of us.I am in charge of the annual regulatory grant which is granted by world bank.At the present we have us$730,000 and this fund is without a claimant.

I will be traveling to your country on a study leave by the end of this month and will wish if this fund can be paid to your name as if you are among the beneficiaries of this year's grant,after which we share 60/40.

I have prepared some pay documents as if a beneficiary has been nominated by my agency.It is on this strength that I solicit for your co-operation to finally move the funds as grant from our agency to your bank account.

I made A trial of this last year and it was very successful but ended up in paying the grant to a Lebanese whom someone introduced to me,who disappeared into the thin air after having us$280,000.00 of such a funds in his account.I fully want to assured this time,fear of unknown is a genuine human attitude.I have brought this proposal and to prove your sincerity,your name and a physical address should be sent to me,I will tell a lawyer to draw an agreement between I and you.After the agreement has been written and sign,you will be required to send your bank details to enable me apply it for the fund trasfer.
