Deze phish is al wat ouder. Opnieuw klopte er weinig van de HTML code in het originele bericht. Er had een logo van de US Bank afgebeeld moeten worden, wat niet lukte. De onderliggende link ging naar deze website: http://196.2.147.131/us2/index.php. Deze site is inmiddels niet meer bereikbaar (gelukkig!). Het ip-adres is deze keer in Afrika gelokaliseerd.
